MY APPROACH:
Professionally, I have 10+ years of experience facilitating impactful corporate workshops in my past roles as a Business Consultant and Marketing Leader.
Personally, as a self-development junkie, I’ve gathered numerous tools from a wide variety of retreats, workshops and conferences, spanning Esalen to Tony Robbins DWD and Brené Brown.
I blend all of these experiences to create bespoke corporate workshops and team events as well as transformative retreats to revitalize mind + body.
