On paper, I have the context of having an ambitious corporate career, working in leadership roles at Goop, Nordstrom, Dollar Shave Club, Gap Inc., Slalom Consulting and Accenture for over 20 years before shifting into my purpose-led career as a coach.
In my personal life, I have the context of being a busy, multi-hyphenated woman. A parent, spouse, daughter, first generation Korean immigrant and admittedly, a recovering over-achiever and Enneagram 2 Helper (wing 3).
The context of my professional and personal life often helps my clients feel seen and understood. That said, in our coaching session, I am intentional about unbecoming all of these layers so that I can hold up the cleanest mirror for my clients.

My intention is to hold a safe, nonjudgemental space of Unconditional Positive Regard. A permission to bring your whole (messy!) self without ever having to be polished.
My curiosity drives deep questioning, rooted in trusting that each Client Is Fully Resourced. You already have the potential skills and answers that you seek.
My job is to lead from behind and help you access your inner compass and know-how with more confidence and ease.
Then, we take action. Small experiments or bold leaps - we move forward, with accountability and compassion, toward your desired future.
