Meet Gloria

On paper, I have the context of having an ambitious corporate career. I’ve worked in leadership roles at places like Goop, Nordstrom, Dollar Shave Club, and Accenture for over 20 years before shifting into my purpose-led career as a coach.

In my personal life, I am a busy multi-hyphenated woman. I am a parent, spouse, daughter, first generation immigrant and admittedly, a recovering overachiever and Enneagram 2 Helper.

The context of my life often helps my clients feel seen and understood. That said, in our coaching session, I am intentional about unbecoming all of these layers so that I can help each individual find their own answers.

My Coaching Style

The power of true, high-impact coaching is best realized when a coach purposely creates a space of INTENTION + CURIOSITY.

My intention is to hold a safe, nonjudgemental space of Unconditional Positive Regard. A permission to bring your whole (messy!) self without ever having to be polished.

My curiosity drives deep questioning, rooted in my trust that each Client Is Fully Resourced. You already have the potential skills and answers that you seek.

My job is to help you access your inner compass and know-how with more confidence and ease.

Then, we take action. Small experiments or bold leaps - we move forward, with accountability and compassion, toward your desired future.
